Partnership Guidelines

  • Application: Selection will be based on your CV, skills, portfolio, and experience.
  • Project Commitment: Once a project is accepted, it must be completed within the mutually agreed timeframe.
  • Deadline: Failure to complete the project within the agreed time may result in project cancellation without compensation.
  • Work Updates: Partners must provide regular updates and share their actual working files when requested, such as EMB, EMX, PSD, CDR, or other relevant formats.
  • Quality Standards: All work must meet our required professional and production standards.
  • Revisions: Required revisions must be completed before final approval.
  • Payment: Payment will be made within 3–7 days after project completion, subject to completion of required revisions and final approval of the work.
  • Communication: Clear communication, timely responses, and cooperation are essential throughout the project.
  • Confidentiality: Project files, designs, and client information must be kept strictly confidential.
